In accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 15 of the LFPDPPP, Grupo Babel collects information that allows us to provide personalized services and enhance the lodging experience of our guests. In that sense, the personal data collected include, but are not limited to, the person's name, official identification, email address, phone number, payment information, tax information, and stay preferences.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To manage bookings and provide the requested services.

• To communicate relevant information about the stay, offers, and promotions from Grupo Babel or any other properties related to our group.

Grupo Babel commits not to share, sell, rent, transfer, or disclose personal data provided by its guests or clients to unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

Service providers and business partners working with Grupo Babel for the operation of the property and the provision of services, who are also contractually obligated to comply with this Privacy Notice and the applicable laws in force regarding the protection of personal data held by private parties.

III. To protect the rights, property, or safety of Grupo Babel, our guests, or the general public, in accordance with applicable laws.

EXERCISE OF "ARCO" RIGHTS BY GUESTS

In accordance with the provisions set forth in the LFPDPPP, guests have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (hereinafter, the "ARCO Rights") regarding the use of personal data provided to Grupo Babel. Any request related to the exercise of the ARCO Rights should be directed to our customer service team, through the following email address: contact@grupobabel.com.mx. In the email, the guest who is the holder of the ARCO Rights in question must indicate and specify which right they wish to exercise, as well as their identity; otherwise, the request will not be addressed.

CHANGES OF PRIVACY POLICY

Grupo Babel reserves the right to modify this document at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately after their publication on our website. In case of changes or modifications to this Privacy Notice, Grupo Babel will notify the holders of the personal data via email, thirty days in advance of the entry into force of such changes or modifications.
